announced 1.99% financing for businesses in the food sector on lease
applications of $50,000 or less. Any lease for a business in the food
industry above $50,000 still qualifies for the 3.99% rate.
These
promotional interest rates are available on a first-come, first-served
basis while funds are available and only apply to businesses in the food
sector, including convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants, and
food distributors, as well as hotels with restaurants, or gas stations
with convenience stores. If you have questions about whether your
business qualifies for the 1.99% rate, please contact Todd O’Grady at
togrady@michigansaves.org. This limited time offer is not retroactive
and only applies to lease applications received in the month of April,
while funds are available.
