MIRA and the Detroit Economic Growth Corporation’s Green Grocer project will jointly sponsor a customer service class on Wednesday, October 24, 2012. All grocers in the city of Detroit are invited to participate in this initial customer service training with Zing Train, part of the Zingerman’s Community of Businesses, as they present their tried-and-true approach to customer service and how it can be customized for Detroit grocers through tangible ways that can be taught, lived, and measured. Good customer service is the core of great businesses and can lead to positive word-of-mouth marketing and more business.
It is recommended that each grocer send a minimum of two people, and participation of an owner or manager is recommended. We hope you take advantage of this great opportunity.
