CLEVELAND, OH –
MIRA is helping needy families this Thanksgiving
The Midwest Independent Retailers Association is helping more than 300 families this Thanksgiving.
With the assistance of Catholic Charities and Diocese of Cleveland, this will be the first time that the MIRA has distributed turkeys in Cleveland.
Since 1980, the MIRA foundation’s program has donated more than 55,000 turkeys in Detroit, Lansing and Columbus.
St. Francis of Assisi Middle School will also join in the efforts by having students volunteer to hand out the turkeys.
