Last month you received your first Notice of Estimated Annual Premium from the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) in the mail.
Under the new prospective billing system, you will receive the Notice of Estimated Annual Premium every year in May. The notice is not a bill, but it’s an estimate to aid you in budgeting for your workers’ compensation premiums. We have created three instructional videos (see the links below) to help you understand the notice and how you can choose a premium payment schedule that works for you.

In early July, you also received your last payroll report for retrospective billing from us. Please be sure to complete the payroll information. Also, if you are eligible, you owe no premium for the January 1 – June 30 period. To receive this transition credit, you must be in an active, reinstated or debtor-in-possession status as of July, 1, 2015.
